Soulful Friendships

There are times when we may find that a friendship has run its course. Friendships are key to a healthy and rewarding life, and good friends are a factor of longevity. However, poor or toxic relationships are more damaging to your well-being than having no relationship at all. This is when evaluating the friendship is important.

I’ve Got a Secret

There are real reasons why secrets can be so stressful. Holding on to secrets goes beyond not saying something to prevent harm. It goes deeper. Instead, secrets take up space and time in our minds, taking our attention and keeping us from focusing on other things to look after.

Maybe it’s because technology has made it so that our interactions with each other can be easily done through computers, cell phones, and even robots. Think about it, you can go into a store and check out by a computer without ever having to talk to a human. Such ways of living are causing more chances of feeling lonely.
